What is the Phase 4 Fitness system?
FOUNDATION

This initial phase lays the groundwork by identifying and correcting imbalances, reinforcing posture, and reactivating neglected muscles.

BUILD

Here we increase lean mass, driving your capability, strength and performance, while boosting metabolism. Expanding your capacity to train harder, recover faster, and burn more at rest.

Now interval based circuits, and high intensity, dynamic workouts blend resistance and cardio to sharpen your endurance, torch body fat, and unlock a level of conditioning that translates to real-world energy and resilience.

My name is Coach Dax Jordan
With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I’ve coached everyone from complete beginners to high-performing professionals and elite athletes.
I’ve also led and developed teams of coaches at a regional and national level, which gave me a clear, real-world understanding of what actually works...and what doesn’t.
What I’ve learned is simple: lasting results don’t come from workouts alone. They come from understanding the person behind the program. Their underlying challenges with strength, movement, and conditioning matter, but so do sleep, stress, consistency, and accountability.
I’m not interested in quick fixes or hype.
Phase 4 Fitness exists to help people build a body that works better, feels stronger, and holds its progress over time.
